Aim of the Journal

Archives of Food and Nutritional Science seeks to disseminate nutrition-related knowledge ranging from an understanding of the chemical structure of nutrients to knowledge of low-fat cooking methods.

The manuscripts published in Heighpubs Food and Nutrition aims to promote a supportive environment dietary change and other factors necessary for enhancing positive attitudes toward healthful eating.

Archive of Food and Nutritional Science also aims to broaden the role of nutrition educational programmes promoting and enhancing nutritional health.
