Introduction

Nutritional Science is the study of the effects of food components on the metabolism, health, performance and disease resistance of human and animals. It also includes the study of human behaviors related to food choices. Food and nutrition science exhibits a process by which a living organism assimilates food and uses it for growth and for replacement of tissues.

Archive of Food and Nutritional Science publishes exclusive and stringently peer-reviewed manuscripts, spotlighting the principles, definition and dimensions of the nutrition science and changing human food habits.

The manuscripts published in Heighpubs Food and Nutrition fosters advancement in the knowledge and skills as well as a rich sense of food and nutrition responding to the needs of the age.

Reasons for Publishing

Several research reports suggest that people at large still have limited knowledge about dietary fats and cholesterol. To the extent, society still chooses to rely on their existing knowledge and expectations about fats and cholesterol which increases the chances that they may misjudge the nutritional qualities of some foods.

To address these issues, Archive of Food and Nutritional Science initiated publishing progressive manuscripts with in-depth knowledge and facts for translating nutritional and dietary recommendations into behavioral terms of society.
